Midday, a customer calls with a question—you provide a concise update. Later, you complete a warranty analysis on a returned unit, then wrap up by reviewing process metrics and noting opportunities to improve.

  • Engage in the ATS Culture Initiative by driving continuous improvement, monitoring processes quantitatively, completing required quality core classes, applying the Basic Principles, and adhering to company and customer safety procedures.
What you bring
  • Associate’s degree from a two-year college/technical school and 1–3 years of related experience or training; or 5 years of equivalent combined education and experience.
  • Ability to read/interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively with groups of customers or employees.
  • Comfort with calculations involving proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume; and the application of basic algebra, physics, and geometry.
  • Sound judgment to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions and solve problems with several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Solid understanding of electronics with intermediate-to-advanced troubleshooting skills.
