Zusammenfassung

The Cristek Interconnects, Inc. team in Anaheim, CA seeks a Cable & Harness Assembler to join our manufacturing group.

You will work on wire harness and cable assemblies, reading customer drawings and BOMs, using hand tools and soldering equipment, and ensuring quality through inspections. You will collaborate with Engineering to improve assembly processes and document control, while maintaining safety standards in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3–5 years in wire harness/cable assembly environment.
• Electro-Mechanical assembly experience.
• Strong crimping, connectorization and soldering skills.
• J-STD certification preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work under a microscope for inspection.

Aufgaben

• Assemble wire harnesses and cables per drawings and routes.
• Learn and use hand tools, cutters, crimpers, soldering tools.
• Maintain equipment with regular checks and cleaning.
• Read customer drawings, BOMs and wiring specs.
• Produce assemblies using hand/power tools; test as needed.
• Conduct in-process inspections and continuity checks.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve assembly docs.
• Perform complex electro-mechanical assembly operations.
