Job summary

ProMach, Inc. seeks an experienced Bench Technician to support our ID Technology machinery manufacturing department. Responsibilities include in-house repairs, troubleshooting, and assembly support, ensuring timely turnaround and quality workmanship.

The role requires strong electronics and mechanical troubleshooting skills, ability to read drawings, and proficiency with Windows and standard office tools. On-site work in Ft. Worth, TX with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Strong technical aptitude with electronics, mechanical, and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and datasheets.
Experience with machinery, printing equipment, or similar industrial systems preferred.
Ability to use electronic, hand, power, and pneumatic tools safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and assemblies in a timely manner.
Evaluate repair needs and provide cost estimates or repair recommendations.
Monitor bench repairs for turnaround time and quality.
Test repaired equipment to verify proper function before return to production or customer use.
Support assembly and production tasks when repair volume allows.
Maintain a clean, safe work area following safety and quality procedures.
