Job summary

FuelCell Energy is seeking an assembly technician to perform a wide range of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly tasks. You will follow detailed work instructions, interpret drawings, and perform wiring and component installation for both small and large sub-assemblies.

The role requires HS diploma or GED and experience in manufacturing; welding experience is highly preferred, with exposure to heavy equipment and quality measuring tools.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Manufacturing or mechanical experience preferred; automotive repairs/construction/assembly background considered.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations.
• Follows work instructions and sequence travelers; performs wiring, component installation, welding and fitting.
• Performs setups and adjustments; ensures tolerances per blueprint specifications.
• Maintains safety and quality standards and works with team members and customers.
