Job description

Job Title: Assembly Technician III

Job Duration: 5+ Months Contract – W2

Job Location: Chantilly, VA 20151-3218 (Onsite)

Schedule and Shift: 9-80 | 2nd Shift | 02:30 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Use small hand tools, snips, cutters, pliers.
  • Read schematics, blueprints, and instructions accurately.
  • Perform electro-mechanical assembly and testing of components and products.
  • Follow detailed instructions to ensure quality and precision.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing environment is desirable.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
  • Basic understanding of electrical and electronic components is advantageous.
