Job summary

Innomotics LLC in New Kensington, PA, seeks an Assembly Technician (2nd Shift) to perform mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies. You will follow engineering drawings and BOMs, use hand tools and electrical test equipment, and report to the Production Supervisor.

This role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork. You will contribute to Lean initiatives, support other shift teammates, and work hours are 3:00pm–12:00am with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and wiring schematics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble drives and sub-assemblies per engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Wire and assemble components using hand and power tools.
• Operate with safety and lean 5S practices in a team environment.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with PPE and ISO procedures.
• Assist less experienced coworkers and participate in continuous improvement.
