Job summary

Magna-Power Electronics in Flemington, NJ is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing Assembler to perform final assembly of components using hand and power tools, wiring diagrams, and tablet instructions. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 4 year degree or combination preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience or training required; mechanical experience preferred.
• Good mechanical aptitude with ability to use hand and power tools accurately.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, crimping and reading blueprints required.
• Understanding BOMs and assembly drawings is preferred; soldering experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Using hand and power tools to secure assemblies to chassis and connect them with wire harnesses.
• Work in push line or batch process to maximize labor efficiency.
• Use wire splicing and crimping tools to complete wire harnesses.
• Follow verbal and tablet-based work instructions and read work orders and BOMs.
• Assemble electro-mechanical products as specified.
