Job summary

Magna-Power Electronics is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing Assembler to join our Flemington, NJ team. You will build final assemblies of power electronics using hand and power tools, wiring diagrams, and BOMs, following detailed work instructions.

The role offers hands-on training and collaboration with multiple Magna-Power groups. You have 1–2 years of related manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with electrical wiring and crimping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience or training required.
• Experience with electrical wiring, crimping and blue print reading required.
• BOMs/assembly drawings knowledge preferred.
• Soldering, crimping, and assembly experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Using hand and power tools to secure assemblies to chassis and connect with wire harnesses.
• Operate in push line or batch process to maximize labor efficiency.
• Utilize wire splicing and crimping tools for harnesses.
• Follow verbal, visual, and tablet-based work instructions.
• Read work orders and BOMs; assemble electro-mechanical products.
