Qualifications

Experience creating assembly process plans.
Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Familiarity with IPC-A-610/IPC-620/J-STD-001 standards.
Strong data collection and technical reporting skills.
Experience with MRP/ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Follow established quality management system procedures and work instructions.
Assist in establishing and updating Assembly Process Operations and entering/updating into the MRP System
Create robust process plans to produce high quality Aerospace and Defense components
Generate repair or rework process routings for non-conforming products
Review new contracts for manufacturing and process requirements
Day to Day Manufacturing Floor Support
Investigates product quality/manufacturing problems and recommends changes
Support Manufacturing in First Article Production Builds
