Job summary

AtWork! is seeking dependable individuals for temporary Assemblers in a manufacturing setting. You will perform basic electro-mechanical assembly, handle multicolored wiring, and follow process sheets with attention to detail.

No prior experience is required, but helpful for performing repetitive tasks and maintaining quality. Expect shift-based work and a focus on safety and accuracy in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to distinguish colors due to multicolored wiring.
• Basic math and ruler-reading skills required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous manufacturing/assembly experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic electro-mechanical assembly following provided instructions.
• Strip, twist, tin, plug, and hand-crimp wires.
• Package completed products and keep a clean, safe work area.
• Clock into assigned jobs/operations using a computer.
• Communicate with supervisors and leads about job status or quality.
• Follow process sheets and work instructions; rotate between assembly areas.
