Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to distinguish colors due to multicolored wiring.

• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive work.
• Team player with ability to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components per instructions.
• Strip, twist, tin, plug, and hand-crimp wires.
• Package completed products.
• Follow process sheets and work instructions.
• Rotate between assembly areas as needed.
• Clock into jobs using a computer and report status.
