Job summary

Crane Company is seeking an assemble-and-test technician to join our manufacturing team in Ohio. You will assemble parts at workstations per instructions and on-the-job training, and you will test pumps and accessories to ensure they meet product specifications.

You will use basic hand tools and air tools to assemble products, perform electrical and performance tests on subassemblies, and assist on the paint line as needed. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Stable work history.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical or electrical aptitude preferred.
• Must lift up to 30 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts per prints, work instructions, and on the job training.
• Use basic hand tools and air tools to assemble products.
• Performs specified electrical and performance tests on subassemblies and assembled product.
• Assists on paint line as needed.
• Completes key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance measurement.
• Ability to work with other people in a team environment.
• Maintains clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.
• Other duties as signed
