Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic reading comprehension skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete required documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online communication systems.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and interpret work instructions to complete manufacturing and production tasks according to guidelines and quality standards.
• Follow safety requirements and client processes and procedures.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly and production activities.
• Report quality, process, equipment, and material issues to Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Identify defects and complete required documentation when found.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed and support overtime and weekend shifts.
