Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic reading comprehension skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete required documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online communication systems.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and interpret work instructions to complete manufacturing tasks according to guidelines and quality standards.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly activities.
• Apply problem‑solving and troubleshooting techniques to support continuous improvement.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
• Identify defects and document accordingly.
• Rework/repair products per engineering changes.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and suggest improvements.
• Observe safety requirements and maintain a clean, FOD‑free environment.
• Ensure equipment is calibrated and used per schedules.
