Qualifications

• 0–3 years electromechanical fabrication and assembly experience.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and schematics with limited supervision.
• Open to learning kaizen/continuous improvement techniques and lean mindset.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude in work or academic settings.
• Basic problem-solving and electromechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in demanding physical and mental situations.

Responsibilities

• Transform materials and sub-assemblies into finished products per drawings and work instructions.
• Ensure safety standards in the assembly department and complete safety projects.
• Meet hourly and daily productivity and quality targets.
• Assemble components using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power equipment per instructions.
• Maintain high safety expectations and timely output through effective time management.
• Apply lean Kaizen techniques to identify process improvements and support customer success.
