NWL, Inc. in Bordentown Township, NJ is seeking a hands-on manufacturing professional to support the production of cell parts, rectifier oil tanks, power supplies and control assemblies.

You will work with management and engineering to implement new products and update documentation, while following all standard work instructions and safety training. The role involves operating fabricating equipment, lifting up to 50 pounds, and training junior team members in assembly and material handling.

Formación

• Basic understanding of materials system and correct identification of materials in work orders.
• Reads and understands cell documentation needed to perform job tasks.
• Accesses and follows all Standard Work Instructions for job level cell products and processes.
• Completed required safety training topics online.
• Capable of operating all equipment to fabricate cell parts (e.g., overhead crane, cutters, punches, saws).
• Trains lower level cell assemblers/winders.
• Able to operate moving equipment from pallet jack through forklift.
• Knows how to read a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
• Proficient in brazing, soldering, welding equipment.
• Reports hours accurately and timely.
• Able to perform basic math and interpret manufacturing docs.
• Regularly stands, walks, and sits; lifts up to 25-50 pounds; vision requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Independently produce moderately complex commercial and military rectifier oil tank, power supply and control assemblies.
• Independently complete a variety of proven and custom, commercial and military magnetic components, including core & coil operations and the fabrication & assembly of all required subassemblies.
• Collaborate with management and engineering personnel to develop new and changing products, and to assist with the reporting of changes needed to accurately update engineering documentation.
• Also trains lower level cell assemblers/winders.
