Job summary

Adecco is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler in Solon, OH. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a pay rate of $22–$25/hour, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Join a detail-oriented manufacturing team and contribute to assembling, testing, and quality checks.

Responsibilities include reading job orders, following specifications, using hand and power tools, and maintaining ERP-based production records. Soldering is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
• At least 1 year of electrical assembly and wiring experience
• Strong mechanical assembly skills with fasteners
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and specifications
• Comfortable using computers and ERP systems
• Soldering experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assemble, frame, and test electro-mechanical assemblies and systems
• Follow established specifications, procedures, and work instructions
• Perform preliminary testing and quality checks on completed assemblies
• Read and verify job orders for accuracy and completeness
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and collaborate with Engineering as needed
• Maintain accurate production records using ERP systems
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and testing fixtures
