Job summary

Havis is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Hilliard, OH. You will assemble, test and package electro-mechanical products from work orders and engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and ESD requirements.

The role is full-time and involves bench and shop-floor work, using hand and power tools, following production schedules, and maintaining a clean work area. Teamwork and careful attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
• Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and basic schematics

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, sample assemblies, and verbal instructions
• Assemble electro-mechanical and electronic products according to blueprints, travelers, and build instructions
• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of components, hardware, fasteners, wiring, and sub-assemblies
• Execute assembly builds in a timely manner in accordance with the production schedule
• Rotate between workstations and cross-train to support other departments or processes
