SCRAM Systems is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler I (Temporary) in Sharonville, OH. You will read work orders, assemble, test, and troubleshoot components, ensuring assemblies meet production standards. The role emphasizes manual dexterity, attention to detail, and basic electronics knowledge.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience. This is a non-exempt temporary position with a pay range of $18–$19 per hour and a robust benefits package

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 1–3 years related experience or training; or equivalent
• 2 years related experience desired
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Reads work orders, follows production drawings or instructions
• Performs troubleshooting and module swapping to repair product
• Positions and aligns parts in a jig or fixture
• Screws, solders, cements, or press fits to join parts
• Mounts components on a printed circuit board
• Installs finished assemblies into cases and tests assemblies against specs
