Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work orders, and production schedules.
• Experience assembling electro-mechanical systems and control panels.
• Willingness to work overtime and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical generator systems per drawings and work orders.
• Build electrical control panels, breaker panels, and transformers.
• Install wiring, harnesses, connectors, and circuit boards into chassis.
• Route, terminate, and inspect wiring; perform rework as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools; move equipment with overhead cranes.
• Measure tolerances with calipers and micrometers; verify clearances.
• Solder components and fasten parts to assemblies.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical/electrical issues, possibly PLC-related.
• Maintain housekeeping and support lean improvements.
