Job summary

Sol-Ark Inc. is seeking Production Assemblers for our Allen, Texas facility. This full-time, onsite role involves assembling electrical and electronic products, programming devices, testing, packaging, and labeling, with responsibilities spanning from start to finish.

Training and advancement opportunities exist within the team. The positions are available for 1st and 2nd shifts, and candidates must be prepared to maintain quality standards while working independently and within a collaborative

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Vocational training or related education in electronics, electrical systems, manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and electronic products by following written work instructions and established procedures.
• Perform device programming, electrical testing, final product testing, packaging, and labeling.
• Complete repetitive assembly tasks accurately and consistently while meeting quality and production standards.
• Take ownership of assigned work from beginning to end and ensure work is completed correctly.
• Identify and communicate quality, process, safety, or equipment issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Use hand tools, basic power tools, and testing equipment safely and correctly.
