Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an Electrical Assembler in Brookshire, TX to join a hands-on manufacturing team. The role focuses on assembling electrical components to precise specifications, using various hand and power tools, and performing functional tests.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of assembly experience, ability to read schematics, and strong attention to safety and quality. 1st shift hours are provided with standard pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months' experience as an electrical assembler.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Clear English communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and subassemblies according to detailed schematics, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to install wiring, connectors, and electronic parts.
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to ensure correct assembly procedures.
• Conduct testing using ohmmeters, multimeters, and other electrical testing tools to verify circuit integrity and functionality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Observe work areas for unsafe practices, equipment malfunctions, and PPE compliance, and report concerns to Lead or Supervisor.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot assembly issues and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain organized and efficient work areas to meet 6S standards.
