Job summary

ECAM (a GardaWorld Company) is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler in Hanover, MD to refurbish and assemble mobile surveillance units and perform warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, and inventory control. You will wire onboard electrical systems and assist in maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic electrical wiring skills, working knowledge of wire types and sizes.
• Inventory and equipment maintenance skills required.
• Experience driving a forklift is a plus.
• Relative experience in warehouses, machine maintenance, or manufacturing is beneficial.
• Knowledge of safe practices when using hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and refurbish Mobile Surveillance Units.
• Wire onboard electrical systems (low voltage, batteries, cameras, Cat5/6 cabling).
• Perform basic mechanical repairs of trailers.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Sort and place materials on racks or bins per standards.
• Handle shipping/receiving, loading/unloading, and order picking/packing.
• Test units for full functionality and prepare for redeployment.
