Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; electronics certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience assembling complex electromechanical products.
• Experience with PCBAs, cabling, and mechanical hardware.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly tasks including hardware installation and verification of fit and function.
• Conduct mechanical and functional tests per procedures and ECOs.
• Interpret drawings, schematics, BOMs, and quality documents.
• Identify mechanical issues and communicate to quality/engineering for evaluation.
• Maintain accurate ERP build progress, parts usage, and notes.
• Keep work area compliant with 5S, ESD, and safety standards.
• Support new product introductions and pilot builds as needed.
