Job summary

FALCATA seeks an Assembler I in Huntsville, AL to perform basic and intricate electronic and electro-mechanical assembly on prototype and production hardware. You will use hand and power tools, read wiring lists and schematics, and follow engineering models and ECNs.

The role may involve assisting in training and developing assembly methods while adhering to military or client specifications. The position supports a diverse workforce and offers career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; production or assembly experience a plus.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic/electro-mechanical hardware per specs and standards.
• Read and interpret wiring lists, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
• Use hand or power tools to trim, fit, and join components; follow work orders and schematics.
• Assist in training lower level assemblers and help develop assembly methods.
