Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years electro-mechanical assembly experience in Medical Device or related field.
• Strong reading and writing skills are required.
• Ability to work well in a team and train others.
• Solid computer navigation skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated high performance orientation and organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer focus and cross-functional teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate multiple workstations across product lines on the Warrendale floor.
• Communicate with engineers/technicians about defects and document changes.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly and quality control inspections.
• Support assembly, test, and packaging for various lines.
• Maintain inventory and follow quality procedures.
• Identify defects quickly and document findings clearly.
• Follow good manufacturing practices and safety requirements.
