Job summary

Fresenius Kabi Warrendale is seeking a manufacturing floor support associate. The role requires mastering multiple workstations across production lines and prior electro-mechanical assembly experience.

Responsibilities include assembling, testing, quality control inspections, and providing feedback to engineers. The position offers competitive hourly pay ($19.00–$21.00 per hour) dependent on education and experience, with full benefits and at-will employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years electro-mechanical assembly experience in Medical Device or related field.
• Good reading and writing skills.
• Ability to contribute as part of a team and train/teach other operators.
• Strong computer navigation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• Demonstrated high performance orientation and detail orientation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates good organization and teamwork skills, including strong customer focus.
• Physical requirements: regularly lift parts up to 30 pounds; repetitive tasks; dexterity to assemble parts.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to learn multiple work stations across product lines.
• Communicate feedback to engineers and technicians regarding device defects and documentation changes.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly and quality control inspections with accuracy.
• Use manufacturing equipment and monitor maintenance/upkeep needs.
• Maintain inventory at the assigned workstation.
• Adhere to quality standards and procedures.
• Document defects when identified and ensure compliance with GMP.
• Support assembly, test, and packaging for production lines.
• Other duties as assigned.
