Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC in Warrendale is seeking a floor support technician to assist the Manufacturing Team. The role requires mastery of multiple workstations across product lines and prior electro-mechanical assembly experience.

You will collaborate with engineers and technicians, perform assembly and quality inspections, and support testing, packaging, and inventory at the workstation. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years minimum electro-mechanical assembly experience in Medical Device or related field.
• Strong reading and writing skills.
• Ability to contribute as part of a team and train/teach other operators.
• Strong computer navigation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• Demonstrated high performance orientation and detail orientation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organization and teamwork skills, including customer focus.
• Physical requirements: lift parts up to 30 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
• Manual dexterity to assemble parts efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the ability to learn multiple work stations across various product lines.
• Communicates and provides feedback to engineers and technicians regarding device defects and documentation changes.
• Performs electro-mechanical assembly and quality control inspections.
• Supports assembly and testing for various Medical Device Production Lines and packaging.
• Supports quality control and maintains inventory at assigned work stations.
• Uses manufacturing equipment and monitors maintenance/upkeep needs.
• Ensures compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Documents product defects and processes per GMP guidelines.
• Adapts to other duties as assigned.
