Job summary

Fresenius Kabi Warrendale is seeking a floor support role on the Manufacturing Team. The position requires mastery of multiple workstations across product lines and prior electro-mechanical assembly experience.

You will contribute to quality, efficiency, and ongoing process improvements on the production floor. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong communication with engineers and technicians, and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team while

Qualifications

• Requires electro-mechanical assembly experience in medical device or related field.
• Strong reading and writing skills needed.
• Ability to train/teach other operators and contribute to team goals.

Responsibilities

• Learn multiple work stations across product lines at Fresenius Kabi Warrendale.
• Communicate and provide feedback to engineers and technicians on device defects and documentation.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly and quality control inspections with high accuracy.
• Assist with testing, packaging support, and maintaining inventory at assigned stations.
• Document defects and follow good manufacturing practices and procedures.
• Operate specialized manufacturing equipment and monitor maintenance needs.
• Contribute to health, safety, environment, energy, and quality management programs.
