Qualifications

• Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small components.
• Intermediate math skills including metric measurements, fractions, and decimals.
• High attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to differentiate colors and maintain good visual accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work at bench height.
• Comfortable accessing elevated areas using ladders or lifting equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and manufacturing duties including cable fabrication, component builds, and sub-assemblies.
• Execute basic machine wiring techniques including cutting, terminating, soldering, and crimping wire.
• Assemble electronic components and devices according to detailed specifications and blueprints.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and standard assembly equipment.
• Assemble and wire housing units and related components.
• Prepare kits for specialized electronic assemblies.
• Conduct low-level functional testing and complete associated documentation.
• Maintain accurate production records and workflow documentation.
• Follow established work instructions and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Learn and expand skills within electromechanical assembly functions.
