Job summary

You will perform inspections, follow safety rules, use basic hand tools, and participate in process improvements. The role is a contract position with potential conversion to full-time based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years manufacturing experience with mechanical/electrical assemblies.
• Electro/Mechanical assembler capable of following written/work instructions.
• Able to use basic hand tools and small drills safely.
• Communicates effectively and cooperates with team to maintain safety and quality.
• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and knowledge of assembly techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex mechanical and electrical subsystems using instructions and diagrams.
• Disassemble, rework, or reassemble units to meet production schedules.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow PPE and safety rules.
• Perform quality checks and document results; participate in process improvements.
• Cooperate with manufacturing engineering and document control to update docs.
