Job summary

PrideStaff Fort Myers is recruiting an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to take specialized products from parts to performance-tested units. You will install components from blueprints and schematics and validate builds to meet exacting standards.

Schedule: Mon – Thurs, 6:00am – 4:30pm. Location: Fort Myers, FL. Pay: $17/hr. You will assemble, test, and verify complex machinery using various tools, while maintaining safety and quality.

• Proven productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical subassemblies into complete units.
• Perform checks, functional tests, and verification to confirm builds meet technical specifications.
• Work with manual, pneumatic, and electric tools to complete production tasks.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work orders to guide your assembly sequence.
• Collaborate with teammates to hit production targets while keeping your area organized and safe.
• Install, fit, and precisely position parts for complex machinery.
