Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Assembly Technician or similar in Manufacturing.
• Proficient with Electrical Controls.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficient with hand tools and soldering irons.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical components and systems.
• Test and troubleshoot assemblies and final systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, product manuals, and process documents.
• Collaborate with engineering and production staff to solve problems.
• Maintain accurate records of work and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement to increase quality and efficiency.
