Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Assemble mechanical products according to production orders and engineering specifications.
  • Gather and organize required parts and materials for assigned projects.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and engineers.
  • Download and install programs to required equipment when needed.
  • Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot assembly issues and communicate concerns to engineering or management.
  • Recommend process improvements and engineering change requests (ECRs).
  • Create and update assembly procedures for finished products.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00/hourly - $23.00/hourly

Position Summary

The Assembler plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by building and assembling mechanical products according to engineering specifications, blueprints, schematics, and production orders. This position requires strong attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering and production teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Assemble mechanical products according to production orders and engineering specifications.
  • Gather and organize required parts and materials for assigned projects.
