Job Description
Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler

This role focuses on assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electro-mechanical components and systems in a manufacturing environment. You will interpret blueprints and schematics, use hand tools and test equipment, and work closely with engineers to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble electro-mechanical components and systems using hand tools, micrometers, and other precision instruments.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to perform accurate assembly and wiring.
  • Perform soldering and basic electronics assembly tasks in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
  • Use multimeters, voltmeters, and other test equipment to test and verify the functionality of assembled units.
  • Troubleshoot and correct assembly or wiring issues identified during testing or inspection.
  • Document test results and assembly information using basic computer skills and company software tools.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to clarify technical requirements and resolve design or assembly issues.
  • Work effectively both as part of a small team and independently to meet production schedules and quality goals.
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area within the facility.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in electronics assembly and electro-mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Trumbull, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
