EnerSys is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our energy systems manufacturing team. You will assemble final and subassemblies according to drawings, read schematics, and ensure high-quality production.
The role requires basic mechanical/electrical aptitude and the ability to work across multiple assembly areas. Candidates should have 1-2 years of related experience, wiring and crimping skills, and the ability to follow wiring schematics and mechanical drawings.

This position will report to our EnerSys Energy Systems business, which servesthe telecom, cable broadband, industrial, renewable, and data center markets. Our portfolio combines our stored energy expertise with power systems, enclosures, and renewable energy products to deliver world-class solutions for diverse applications such as 5G, broadband, Internet of Things (IoT), data center, and solar power. Our cutting-edge technology includes Lithium batteries, Fault Managed Power Systems, and Extended Run Time battery backup systems that improve the reliability and resiliency of broadband networks.

The Electro-Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling components of EnerSys' product family as part of the manufacturing process. This role will perform the assembly activity in accordance with assembly drawings, internal guidelines and specifications, and standard workmanship recommendations.
