Compression Components & Service, LLC, often known as CCS (part of Operio Group), is a fast-growing, family-owned company providing support services to tablet press end users, including control systems, spare parts, training, and field service.

We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will assemble and test electrical and mechanical components, parts, and systems to create high-quality finished products. The ideal candidate should have experience in electrical and mechanical assembly, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Travel Requirement: This position requires travel to customer sites for installations, calibrations, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Assemble mechanical components and systems using hand and power tools.
• Assemble electrical components, control panels, and wiring per schematics.
• Ensure parts meet specifications and troubleshoot issues.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Mechanical assembly of machinery components and subassemblies.
• Utilize electrical and pneumatic schematics, prints, and instructions.
• Perform installations and calibrations at customer sites when needed.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Complete set of hand tools, toolbox, and digital multimeter.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, pneumatic, and technical drawings.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Willingness to travel for customer installations and repairs.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Wear personal protective equipment as required.

Pay: $20-40/hr depending on education, experience, and skills.
