We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing electrical and mechanical components, parts, and systems to create high-quality finished products. The ideal candidate should have experience in electrical and mechanical assembly, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Travel Requirement:This position requires travel to customer sites to perform installations, calibrations, troubleshoot issues, and conduct repairs on equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand the assembly process.
• Assemble mechanical components and systems according to specifications, using hand tools and power tools as required.
• Assemble electrical components, control panels and machine wiring per electrical schematics, using hand tools and electrical meters.
• Check the accuracy of parts and components to ensure they meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with the assembly process as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Mechanical assembly of machinery components and subassemblies.
• Utilize electrical and pneumatic schematics, prints, and work instructions.
• Perform installations and calibrations at customer sites when needed.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Complete set of hand tools, toolbox and digital multimeter.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, pneumatic, technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools and digital multimeter.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Ability to travel for customer installations, calibrations and equipment repairs.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment as required.

Pay: $20-40/hr depending on education, experience, and skills.
