Job summary

A.R. Mazzotta is hiring Electro-Mechanical Assemblers for a growing manufacturer in New Haven County. This role offers a first shift wage of $20.00 per hour in a clean, climate-controlled facility with a team-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates have hands-on assembly interest or mechanical aptitude and will learn to solder. Weekly pay and benefits eligibility apply as part of long-term assignments.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand or small power tools.
• Detail-oriented and able to work with small components.
• Ability to distinguish between colors during assembly and inspection.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical products using hand tools and powered assembly equipment.
• Work with small components while maintaining precision and accuracy.
• Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and production specifications.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and report defects or quality concerns.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established quality and safety procedures throughout the assembly process.

Your Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Soldering experience is a plus. Training may be available for the right candidate.
