A.R. Mazzotta in the Old Saybrook area, CT, is hiring for multiple production associate openings in a clean, high‑tech manufacturing environment. Earn $19.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule, and potential overtime.

What You'll Be Doing

• Small part hand assembly
• Deburring and finishing components
• Working with microscopes and other precision equipment
• Inspecting and handling small, detailed parts
• Learning new manufacturing and assembly processes through hands‑on training

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 6 months of experience in manufacturing, assembly, deburring, soldering, or other hands‑on production work OR
• Experience using microscopes, including experience gained through school or classroom training OR
• Technical school or vocational training in manufacturing, electronics, machining, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with small parts
• Good hand‑eye coordination and a willingness to learn
• A reliable work history and positive attitude
• Entry‑level candidates with the right training, aptitude, and interest in manufacturing are encouraged to apply!
