Job summary

DrinkPAK II, LLC seeks an Apprentice Technician I, Electro-Mechanical to join the maintenance team in Fort Worth, TX. You will perform lubrication, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to keep production lines running smoothly.

The role requires willingness to work a night shift (12 hours) on a 2/2/3 schedule, with safety, quality, and continuous learning emphasized throughout the apprenticeship journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
• Willingness to join an apprenticeship program and gain industry credentials.
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls systems using schematics and testing equipment.
• Provide technical support to production and learn packaging operations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Document maintenance tasks and keep tools and workspace organized.
