Job summary
Printpack Inc. seeks an Electromechanical Technician to install, maintain, and repair complex electrical and mechanical manufacturing equipment on a 12-hour night shift (7pm–7am, 2/2/3 schedule).

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electromechanical Technology or equivalent preferred.
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience is a plus.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Experience with 24V circuitry, motors, and PLCs is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance with inspections and calibrations.
- Interpret schematics, drawings, hydraulic/pneumatic layouts to diagnose issues.
- Test systems with multimeters and diagnostic equipment.
- Install and verify operation of motors.
- Follow safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout.
- Coordinate maintenance with production schedules.
- Provide technical training to operators.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors.
