• Review customer specifications, RFQs, statements of work, and technical requirements to understand project scope.
• Evaluate engineering drawings, BOMs, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to prepare cost estimates.
• Calculate material quantities, fabrication needs, labor hours, testing hours, and acceptance testing hours for orders.
• Analyze direct labor, material costs, purchased components, subcontracted services, and overhead to determine total COGS.
