Curtiss-Wright Actuation Division is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Actuation NPI Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects aligned with organizational goals. The role involves planning, budgeting, and driving initiatives across core programs in a high‑tech aerospace environment.

The position requires strong communication, detailed change management, and the ability to manage several projects concurrently while maintaining rigorous standards and schedules.

  • Exercises judgment and delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and executing many routine and complex projects/programs.

Electro-Mechanical Actuation NPI Program Manager As an Electro-Mechanical Actuation NPI Program Manager you will be responsible for the performance of a program or multiple smaller programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Oversees the coordinates multiple projects within a specific program to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful execution.

Location: Shelby, NC

Salary: $130,000 to $150,000

Criteria such as the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.
