Knauf Insulation North America is seeking an Electro-Mechanic to maintain electrical and mechanical systems in a heavy industrial setting in Texas. You'll work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and PLC control system work.

Expect pay up to $46.40 per hour with a 5% quarterly bonus and a robust benefits package starting day one. You will install conduit and wiring, stay current on ladder logic and instrumentation, and

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain current OSHA Certified Powered Industrial Vehicle operator license.
• Minimum of five (5) years of maintenance experience with mechanical equipment in a heavy industrial environment.
• Excellent attendance history and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems including motors, conveyors, PLCs, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to restore equipment.
• Execute planned preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and ensure functionality.
• Perform electrical work safely, read schematics and diagrams.
• Maintain and repair mechanical equipment such as gearboxes, bearings, belts and pumps.
• Ensure safety compliance and promote a safety culture.
• Document maintenance activities, spare parts inventory and equipment history.
• Collaborate with production to minimize downtime and support improvements.
• Be on-call for emergencies and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
