Shift Differentials:

• Sunday: $17/hr shift differential
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: $2/hr shift differential

Shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 6pm-5am (Wednesday option of a half or full day)

Location: Douglassville, PA

Position:

We are seeking an industrial maintenance technician (electro-mechanic) proficient in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and welding.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components (motors, gearboxes, belts, pulleys, rollers, bearings, screws)
• Repair/troubleshoot hydraulic cylinders, valves, solenoids, pumps
• Make hydraulic hoses as needed
• Perform advanced welding and fabrication, including various joint types and positions
• Operate shop tools (band saws, torches, drills, grinders)
• Install and align new equipment using hoists, jacks, and hand tools
• Diagnose electrical issues using schematics and multimeters/megger
• Size components and cabling for electrical systems
• Read wiring diagrams; work with IOs, relays, contactors, and other electrical parts
• Set up and troubleshoot VFD drives (SEW, Siemens, Lenze, Allen Bradley)
• Handle interference fits and bearing heaters
• Operate equipment for maintenance tasks
• Test machinery, identify parts, and complete repairs
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery, working at heights and with mobile equipment
• Document preventative maintenance tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 2+ years’ experience in Electromechanics or Industrial Maintenance
• Proficient with power tools, measuring devices, lathe/milling machinery
• Experience with bearing heaters, interference fits, gear box removal
• Experience with stick and MIG welding
• Ability to fabricate and repair welded projects
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics and diagrams
• Experience with 480vAC, 120vAC, 24vDC, and 4-20mA systems
• Use of multimeter, megger, and testing equipment
• Maintain and troubleshoot VFDs, sensors, SCADA, HMI, PLCs
• Work collaboratively and in partnership

Education and Experience:

Electrical certificates or equivalent experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Must frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Must be able to inspect and monitor machinery, move throughout the facility, and work in tight spaces.
