Shift Differentials:

• Sunday: $17/hr shift differential
• Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday: $2/hr shift differential

Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday, 6pm-5am (Wednesday option of a half day or full day)

Location: Douglassville, PA

Position:

We are seeking an industrial maintenance technician (electro-mechanic) proficient in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and welding.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components (motors, gearboxes, belts, bearings, etc.)
• Repair and troubleshoot hydraulic systems
• Perform welding and fabrication, including various positions and joint types
• Operate shop tools safely and effectively
• Install and align new equipment using appropriate tools
• Diagnose electrical issues using schematics and testing tools
• Properly size electrical components and wiring
• Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical circuits
• Set up and troubleshoot VFD drives and other electrical systems
• Handle interference fits and bearing heating processes
• Operate equipment for maintenance tasks
• Test machinery, identify parts, and complete repairs
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery, working at heights and with mobile equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and document activities
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in electromechanics or industrial maintenance
• Proficient with power tools, measuring devices, and machining equipment
• Experience with bearing heaters, interference fits, and gearbox removal
• Skilled in stick and MIG welding
• Fabrication and welding repair skills
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics and diagrams
• Experience with 480vAC, 120vAC, 24vDC, and 4-20mA systems
• Use of multimeter, megger, and testing equipment
• Knowledge of VFDs, PLCs, sensors, SCADA, HMI
• Team-oriented and collaborative attitude

Education and Physical Requirements:

Electrical certificates or equivalent experience preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds occasionally. Ability to inspect and monitor machinery, work at heights, and in tight spaces. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
