We are seeking Electro Mechanic A candidates to join our team in Irvine, CA!

• Pay: $34.50 - $43.82/hour + shift differentials (based on experience)
• Shift Details (depending on availability):
  • 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday; 1:00pm - 9:30pm)
  • 3rd Shift (Sunday - Thursday; 9:00pm - 5:30am)
• Training Shift (estimated 3 months to 1 year):
  • 1st Shift (Monday - Friday; 5:00am - 1:30pm)

The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As an Electro Mechanic A, you will:

• Install, modify, repair, troubleshoot, diagnose, inspect, and calibrate industrial and commercial equipment used across various environments.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production, facility, and safety equipment.
• Support installation and optimization of new equipment and controls with Production and Engineering teams.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards immediately.
• Perform additional tasks such as plumbing, pipefitting, rigging, welding, and fabrication.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Your Skills and Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

• High School Diploma/GED plus 12 college/apprenticeship units in a mechanical or electrical field
• Or two years of experience as an Electro Mechanic

Additional requirements:

• Mechanical equipment maintenance experience
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays
• Shift flexibility (2nd or 3rd shift)

Preferred qualifications:

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent practical experience
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical industrial equipment
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Teams, and SAP
• Maintaining personal tools as per plant standards
