Qualifications

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Diagnose and repair motors, drives, PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, conveyors, pumps, mixers.
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and drawings to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems supporting chemical manufacturing operations.
  • Diagnose and repair motors, drives, PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, conveyors, pumps, mixers, and automated production systems.
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability, uptime, and production efficiency.
  • Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation, control devices, and electrical components used in chemical processing operations.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), hazardous energy control, and chemical handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and root cause corrective actions.
