Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in electromechanical design, development, and testing within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical circuits, control systems, sensors, actuators, and mechanical principles.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD Electrical) for both mechanical and electrical design.
• Experience with PLC programming, HMI development, and industrial automation is a plus.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and analyze electromechanical systems, devices, and components, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate new technologies for integration into existing or new products.
• Perform detailed calculations, simulations, and testing to validate designs and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, manufacturing, and quality assurance, throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, assembly drawings, bills of materials, and test procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electromechanical systems during development and production.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise to ensure robust and reliable solutions.
• Support manufacturing processes by assisting with equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance of electromechanical systems.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in electromechanical engineering.
